@katedateangus People dont seem to understand him. His mom died before his eyes and he's expected to team up with the guy who did it, this very guy showing no remorse and acting like a complete dufus the entire time. But he ends up having the most character development in the game as he overcomes it all and becomes a valuable asset. People who dont like him only see him as an annoying kid and dont see him for how much he has grown, definitely my favorite character.

Why the heck do hearts hate hope? he's not that bad maybe u got sick of him on chapter 1 to 3 but he gets more amusing later in the game besides u would regret saying he stinks cuz he becomes very useful later in the game. And what the heck?! now they saying he's emo well let me clear this up... hope doesn't cut himself, he doesn't wear black clothes, even if he cried a bit he still smiles and just cuz he has gray hair doesn't mean he's emo i'm not a fan but i kinda like em'

@96Nathan96 i know right? a war is breaking out and his mother leaves her son to save others? it seems very strange to me because a real mother would not abandon her son in that kind of situation. i would take the gun and stay with the group so i could protect my son. it was unrealistic that she left him.
